Open Positions

  • About the Role:

We’re looking for a Healthcare Professional (SLP, OT, PT, Nurse, or equivalent), but more than that, we’re looking for the right person.

This role is all about personality: someone positive, proactive, and full of purpose. A doer.

Someone who’s excited about jumping into the world of med-tech, working independently, taking initiative, and making a real impact.

You don’t need years of experience - you need the drive to learn, grow, and take ownership. This is an incredible opportunity to break into the high-tech world through a meaningful role that combines clinical work, field activity, customer interaction, and innovation.

You’ll be the face of EyeControl Home, our communication solution for patients with ALS and other degenerative diseases - fully subsidized by the Ministry of Health.

    What You'll Do:

    • Visit patients and families at home and in care facilities to train and implement the EyeControl Home device.

    • Accompany leads through the entire journey - from first contact to happy users.

    • Apply your clinical background to customize and optimize the use of the device.

    • Handle real-life situations and technical issues calmly, confidently, and creatively.

    • Document and track your work through our CRM system and internal tools.

    • Provide valuable insights and feedback to our product team, helping us improve the user experience.

    Must-Haves:

    • Degree in a Health Profession (e.g., Nursing, PT, OT, SLP, or equivalent) – Mandatory.

    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Israel.

    • High level of personal initiative, independence, and responsibility.

    • A positive, can-do personality with the energy and passion to make things happen.

    • Desire to grow into the Health-tech/startup world.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence - someone who connects with people.

    • No fear of technical challenges - we’ll teach you what you need to know.

  • About the Role

We're looking for a Software Team Lead to own and drive our R&D efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll write code, shape architecture, lead a small team, and be a key decision-maker as we evolve our platform. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable writing a database migration and running a sprint planning session, and who sees AI development tools as a force multiplier for a small, fast-moving team.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and execute our R&D efforts across the full stack

    • Hands-on in development (majority coding role)

    • Build and evolve our platform using React, Next.js, Supabase (PostgreSQL), and Node.js

    • Drive AI-assisted development workflows — leverage AI coding tools and best practices to accelerate delivery and raise engineering quality across the team

    • Design and integrate AI-based product features where they create real value

    • Work closely with Product and leadership on roadmap and priorities

    • Take part in cross-functional decisions beyond strict R&D scope — startup reality

    • Collaborate with US partners and customers — including occasional evening meetings

    What We're Looking For

    • 5+ years of strong Full Stack experience in SaaS products

    • 3+ years of proven experience with React + Next.js

    • Backend experience (Node.js or similar)

    • Solid database experience — both relational (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL (MongoDB or similar); familiarity with Supabase is a plus

    • Hands-on, practical use of AI coding and development tools — integrated into your daily workflow, not just experimentation

    • Experience building or integrating AI-based capabilities into products

    • 2+ years of experience leading projects or small teams (formal or informal)

    • Self-driven, ownership mentality, high accountability

    • Startup attitude - flexible, pragmatic, solution-oriented, a can-do attitude

    • Motivated to grow into broader R&D leadership

  • About the Role
We are looking for a Clinical Product Specialist to join our U.S. clinical team and serve as our on-the-ground presence in hospitals.
This is a field-based role for someone who enjoys working closely with clinical teams, building relationships, and supporting real-world adoption of innovative medical technology.
You will play a key role in bringing EyeControl into daily clinical use, supporting hospital teams, and ensuring successful implementations across multiple sites.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Clinical Implementation - Lead and support on-site implementations in hospitals, ensuring smooth integration into ICU workflows and daily routines.

    • Training & Adoption -Deliver hands-on training to clinical staff, helping teams confidently incorporate the platform into patient care.

    • Relationship Management - Build strong relationships with physicians, nurses, therapists, and hospital leadership, serving as a trusted clinical partner on-site.

    • Field Support & Feedback - Provide first-line technical support, assist with troubleshooting, and collect feedback from clinical teams to inform product improvements.

    • Clinical Pilots & Studies - Support pilots and clinical studies, working closely with hospital partners and internal teams.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required (clinical, scientific, or healthcare-related field preferred).

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, or professional services, including hands-on experience in clinical or hospital environments.

    • Highly independent, organized, and accountable, thriving in a field-based role and comfortable working autonomously across multiple sites.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Hands-on, practical, and solution-oriented

    • Calm and adaptable in dynamic clinical settings

    • Willing and able to travel frequently across the U.S., primarily on the East Coast.

    • Valid driver’s license

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with assistive technologies or bedside medical devices

    • Experience supporting pilots or implementations

    • Startup or fast-paced healthcare environment experience
